Hello,
My site has been around for a year now and is well indexed in Google, Yahoo, MSN and others. However, if I go to any of the leading local Chinese search engines such as www.baidu.com and type my URL in the search box, it does not return anything.
I will appreciate any tips!

Here's the submission form (it's the first one on the page)

Thank you so much for providing me that information. I have submitted my website using that form. Do you know how long it usually takes them to turn around and include a website (of course if it is accepted)? Have you personally had success getting a website added after submitting on this page?
Finally, do you happen to know of anyone in Austin, Texas that could help me submit my website to other Chinese websites/directories? Appreciate all your help.

Hi doppelganger,
Thanks for your link!
There are about 76,900 other opportunities to register your (Chinese) website (登录网址 (http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=%E7%99%BB%E5%BD%95%E7%BD%91%E5%9D%80&btnG=Search&meta=)) in Chinese!
Just follow the search path!
