chaimex.com classified search engine

Would a search classified site like http:/www/chaimex.com be considered a search engine? We wrote a classified search engine script although some might think it resembles craigslist, that was not our intention at all. Anyway, I'm not sure if we would be considered included as a classified search engine or not?
