Diacriticals

Does anyone know where having diacriticals in keywords affects search results.

For example, would "Hawai'i" return different results than "Hawaii" ?

Not to sure, but from experience, I would always go with what your visitors will search on....

I think it is unlikely a user will type in "Hawai'i" when searching, more likely to type normally "Hawaii" or "Hawai"

I guess it all depends on the keywords and target audience your thinking about, as certain keywords you may only type in a certain manor.....
