Let me be careful here.
I Google'd on the company/brand name of a certain SEO agency. This is me not naming names.
There's an adword on the name - an advertisement for software that can help detect click fraud. I hadn't seen this before.
I'm glad I don't work for this certain SEO. I don't think the ad breaches Google's no-negative adverts policy but the advert does have a chilling implication. That certain SEO agency = click fraud. Why else would the anti-clickfraud advert be there? I'm not saying the agency does engage in such things, I doubt they do, but I can see how this would be the chain of thought which enters peoples' heads.
I'm wondering two things now: whether I should be talking about this on forums as I'm not trying to cause trouble and whether we're going to see "Implication" adwords in lieu of negative ones.
