Duplicate Content Doubt

When i created my site, i checked it for duplication through a tool. It was duplication-free and so I uploaded my site. And it is doing good in SERPs. But now after 2 years, when I check my site, the content is duplicated in some other 2 sites.

Is there any way, I can find out when the other site has copied our content? Should we regularly check our site for duplicate content?

I am assuming you are using copyscape?

I don't know of any tool/service that will alert you to duplication of your content in real time. At a long shot, you could try the archive.org to see when the pages changed but even this will only provide an approximation.

Often all it takes to get the content removed is an email to the copycat explaining all about google's duplicate content filters

I would not be overly concerned if it is not affecting your own rankings. If your rankings are being affected then you have an issue that needs to be addressed quickly.
