If pages are 'determined' to have too much duplicate content, and thus excluded from results -- is this reversible, by changing the content of the pages to that which is more unique on the pages?
I'm weighing how much unique is really needed.
Right now there are pages of 4 types, on 25 cities approx.

Yes this can be corrected, with a reinclusion request (after you make the changes of course). then its cross your fingers time :D

How do you really know if the page(s) have been excluded due to dupe content?
Is it just the likely scenario if after so much time...
Go to copyscape.com enter the URL and see if they pick up your page as a duplicate!
