www.leeswoodprojects.com

This site is clean and has all original content. Banner and affiliate links use nofollow tags.

I have sent reinclusion requests 4 times and everytime the site gets its rankings back and then a week or so later it must get crawled and a filter once again gets triggered and the rankings are completely gone.

Anyone see anything wrong?

You have 60+ pages indexed but I would remove the hidden links (hrefs with no anchor) in your code ASAP.

Where? I used anchor links on tool types to go to a woodshop page (IE: "#planer"). Where do I have blank ones? Can you show me an example of what you are talking about?
