Greetings. as opposed to verbose explanation (which would be best via interview) i will simply list the career attributes below:
1) must be "on-location" and "full-time" ...no "consultants" or "work from home" staff needed.
2) position is in uptown atlanta - buckhead.
3) skills: SEO, PPC management, html coding, at least "knowledge" of scripting and DB and a willingness to learn a lot more.
4) we pay medical, dental, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 401k ...the usuals.
5) salary based on skill set NOT education.
I am not interested in some MBA ...i have had the best luck with rogue developers and internet players that love the technology, but sometimes can't get the job they want due to lack of a degree and/or desire to get one.
i am looking for someone with experience actually doing things and having something to show from it. i could care less if you graduated high school as long as you are intelligent, tech savvy with regards to search and internet marketing - and most of all - carry a strong desire to be the best.
