We are already up in Google/Yahoo/MSN and now wondering whether we should test 2nd Tier Search Engines.

My past tests with 2nd Tier Search Engines haven't gone too well.

A little background.
- Our product is consumer oriented.
- A bit niche...it is allows you to print emails & photos without having a computer. It is perfect for family members you try to send email or photos to and they can never seem to open them. So...not a ton of people are searching for it.
- Our volume even on MSN is small, so I'm concerned it'd be nothing on other engines.

Are any 2nd Tier Engines performing well for you?
Thoughts?

Thanks,
BrookinMT

Im confused . . . how can you print the contents of an email without having a computer?

It is a bit hard to understand I admit.

The printer acts as an email & photo receiver. You just simply plug it into a phone jack and friends & family that are online can send emails & photos that automatically get printed by the person who is not online.

I don't think is o.k. to post URL's in this forum or I would do that. Trade marked words and words around "email printer" have done very well for us.

So...any suggestions on which, if any, 2nd tier search engines to test?

Thanks,
Brook

Hear the crickets? There's your answer. :D

Seriously, pick one and test it. We have had decent results with Ask, after getting them to remove our ads from ABCSearch and Findology (both of which are all just junk clicks). The rest have performed very poorly - low traffic, lower conversion %, not worth the time. Your mileage may vary. There are plenty of people on this forum who had awful results on Ask, and decent results elsewhere.
