Updated market charts

It would be great if we could collect some kind of common market charts for each of the markets members of this forum have knowladge about - preferably living in.

I know there are other similar charts out there, but I'd like to keep this simple - and better updated :)

Things I'd like to know about other regions is:


Are there any local spidering search engines worth my time?
What directories should I submit to?
What are the primary/secondary language(s) and the average usage?
What PPC engines are dominant in the region?
Are there any other commercial (search) programs available locally that I should be aware of - and use?

Well in terms of lists of international search engines and directories, I have a list of various country specific ones here (http://www.high-search-engine-ranking.com/List_of_Regional_Search_Engines.htm) on my site. Another useful list is here (http://www.isedb.com/html/Web_Directories/Local_and_Regional_Directories/).

In my region - in terms of PPC - in Australia you have Google Australia and now Overture Australia who is apparently scooping quite a bit of the local market away from GG. In New Zealand it is virtually untapped territory. There was one PPC engine that started up but it went belly up quickly.
