Searching for Lists

I am not certain if this is the correct or even site for this question, but I figured I would give it a whack.

We are in basically a b2b sales industry and this requires us to cold call. I am trying to find effective search strings to track down company employee rosters. Does anyone have some proven strings or tips on such a search?

Search for list brokers - those have those types of the lists.
