Site Targeting, PPC -- Not PPM

Anyone testing PPC Site Targeting Campaigns (not PPM). I have that campaign running for a week now, very poor traffic ...

I ran a fairly large site targeting campaign late last summer into the fall.....the overall CTR was not great, and the CPC was higher than my regular adwords campaign. But note that the CPM was so low that we received tons of impressions (exposure) on very quality sites.

In my opinion site targeting is great for brand awareness...you shouldn't fuzz too much over CTR or CPC unless your CPC rate is very high.

PPC site targeting is optional to the publishers.
Impression fraud is easier than click fraud.
Few if any publishers will opt into the PPC targeting
Results - Poor traffic.
