So Aaron Wall says that you get ranked for your keyword according to [bid X CTR]. He mentions something about PR but doesn't really go into any detail.
Does anyone know how PR affect your bids? If two sites bid on the same keyword, can a bidder with slightly lower CTR rank above a competitor because of a highly relevant landing page (higher PR optimized for that keyword)?
