The world around us is changing because of the influence that search engines hammer into us. Business is growing to be most lucrative in the world (in near/far future) and stakes are much higher.
We all heard of Google having agents around the world representing "profiting" terms. Terms that yield high perspectives for the Google corporation. Is it possible that algorithms got actual humans as guides to the top five listings of various keywords. My guess is that everything that results more than 800 searches a day goes into Google's "wait for approval" database.
My imagination? I have noticed with some of my excellently designed/configured sites that Google just after few months shows SERP and puts me in top position. Almost over night. Like someone just said ok this site is cool give him top position. I am not talking about pills etc...good informational site.
