Is it normal that after 4 months a site still has no page rank assigned to it or rather a rank of 0.

I have requested many links although many have not shown up yet when queried under line:sitedomain.

Just looking for input.

- Yes, should you build number of thematic links, you may expect your PR to be at least 2 by the next update.

- Could you rephrase your query?

hiya, I wouldn't worry too much about the PageRank if I were you. Google doesn't update the PageRank toolbar very often. Think the last update was at the end of January.

If you are doing link building (targetting relevant sites) you are on the right track. I really like SEOmoz's Page Strength Tool (http://www.seomoz.org/page-strength)

I also really recommend you download SEO Quake (http://www.seoquake.com/index-en.php) if you use Firefox browser. It's basically a little toolbar that tells you how many pages Google indexes, how many backward links to the url and how many to the domain etc etc It's really useful!

Donīt concern yourself to much about PR – Google doesnīt. You will get your PR after the next update. You actually already have PR, but you canīt see it in your toolbar (you will be able to see it after the next update).
