Now, many websites are using source code from Joomla.org. Joomla and Mambo are built on PHP & MySQL platform.
With Windows server, Joomla & Mambo' s websites can not use SEF (Search Engine Friendly URL) option. There fore, they are alway websites with there titles: http://www.example.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=105&Itemid=41 ect,.
How does to SEO these websites?
Thanks!

You can get rid of the dynamic URLs by enabling SEF (Search-engine friendly) URLs from the Global configuration of the admin control panel of Joomla/Mambo.
For that you need to enable mod_rewrite for your server (apache).
Also, look for extensions/modules that allow you to have URLs as per categories/content items within your CMS structure.
Tell me if this helped... :)
There's a lot that you can do for SEO on Joomla/Mambo like Meta Tag generation/insertion etc. but all that doesn't help a lot in search engines anyway. So, all in vain... :(

Apache server would be in case of a Linux based server. You would have to look at Windows Platform configuration requirement in your case.
