Legal Disclaimers applicable to REITs?

Is anyone aware of the legal disclaimers required before posting invesment advice?

Also, does this apply to invesments in real estate or third party services, or simply those invesments that fall directly under the SEC - stocks, funds, bonds, etc.?

If you have time and are familiar with the issue, please take a look at our site - www.avatarfinancial.com and let me know whether the services described would require legal disclaimers regarding invesment. Avatar is technically speaking a Real Estate Invesment Trust, but doesn't have investors per se.
