I am not new to SEO, but I am new to optimizing dynamic pages. I will be working with the company that developed and maintains the client's site. If I don't want to have to do a detailed work order for each page I optimize, is there a way I can optimize the pages remotely (assuming the site developer can set me up to do so and would be willing to do so)? I don't want the client to end up paying twice for the optimization, so what is the best process? The site I'll be optimizing is hosted on a Microsoft-IIS/6.0 server.

Dynamic pages are just the same as other most commonly use templates to duplicate repetative functions like header, footer, and application calls...
FTP. as with any other hosting setup, is how you'd access these pages.
Considering your question, though, it sounds like it'd be a good idea to stay away from editing the code directly since there may be programming in there that you're not familiar with like database calls or other non-HTML programming.
Sounds like a page analysis and recommendation list, rather than self-editing, is your best bet.
