My website is Over 6000 impressions but gets 42 clicks . I want to improve my website . Can anyone help me?

I think he means he wants help to increase the number of clicks on his ads. ;)

Make sure you read this info (https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?answer=17954) from Google - it's a great baseline for starting with Adsense. From there, you'll need to test and tweak on your own to see what works best for your individual user group.
