Tools for Competitive analysis

Is their any one tool anyone can suggest to get a feel for what your competitors are doing to optimize their site. I currently use:

and
http:urltrends.com

Any suggestions on a more all-in-one tool or thoughts on eaither of these?

Hi, just letting you know there are 2 other threads in this forum that have more suggestions for tools

either search the forums for "hitwise" or "compete.com" or look at my list of posts and I have several posts in both of those threads
