Duplicate Content Penalty

Hi All,

I am a new user. I have a one query, if some webmaster is using my websites content, without my permission, on his website, then can we register a case against that webmaster on Google as indirectly duplicate content may ban/penalize my site as well.

I am facing this problem and want to let Google know about the same. Please let me know if you have any idea that how to proceed on it.

You could file a DMCA request to Google to claim ownershiop of that content at http://www.google.com/dmca.html
