Is it just me, or does there seem to be a lot of criticism about Google lately? Is Google beginning to lose it's "don't be evil" happy image?
Check out the "links to this post" on Google's blog announcement (http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2007/02/personally-speaking.html) that personalized search would now be used by more searchers. Based on the subject and tone of the articles linking to this post, people don't seem to be feeling the Google "warm n' fuzzies".
It doesn't seem to be this page alone... there seem to be a lot of articles out there right now that are critical of the direction that Google is going in (http://www.nonlinear.ca/blog/index.php/2007/02/14/google-backlash-approaching/).
What do you think - just another Google storm, or the end of the honeymoon?
