Hi guys,
Some advice if you don't mind...
I have been tasked with the job of recruiting a new search/ppc assistant here and am in the process of preparing an interview. I manage all our online stuff so I know exactly what I am looking for, but I thought it would be interesting to see what any of you "Pro's" out there would have down as your number 1, first, most important, killer question that an interviewee must know about and get right...! "Do you work for free" doesn't count...! :)
I'm looking for someone with two years exp. Goog, Yahoo, MSN savvy etc etc... Our PPC is purely ROI and CPA driven and we tend to go all out to occupy top spots (dependent on performance obviously). We have 50 campaigns and 15,000 + KW's on Google alone and are a very successful online retailer. Input to the board pack would be neccesary on a monthly basis... (Sorry, just thought the post needed some background, this is not a job ad...!)
Anything you can think of greatly appreciated... I like the thought of some scenario based questions mixed in with a bit of genereal chit chat topped off with a nice hour or so session creating some campaigns and ads etc... :)
Nice one :D
