really depends on your product but prweb and urlwire are good places to start.

Hi Thank you ryanmcmaster

But i think urlwire is very expensive. $390 per article . prweb is good site . Is it generate google back links ? I saw google ignore some free press release site.

Kind regards

Yes it will generate backlinks. This will depend largely on the content of course.

Im not sure about what site you are referring to so I can't comment. Just bear in mind, you should make sure to evaluate each.

I would also say that it would be wise to submit to these pr type sites only if your site has decent PR and has been around for at least 6 months

From an SEO perspective (and if you pay over the $200 threshold) PR Web is a useful tool, however in terms of targeting demographics, there is a heavy non-UK bias (according to stats on recent release only 5% of traffic was UK based compared to 45 US.).

As Ryan said it really depends on the purpose of your release. Sites such as PRWeb and others allow some leeway in terms of optimisation but little in the way of targeting with other distribution services such as Marketwire do.
