Creating a business model

Hi, I have been learning to use adwords, and have told some of my customers about the system, but now I can't understand how to make a profit introducing my customers to the program.

How do you manage your business model, do you charge a percentage of the budget your customers spend? of do you charge a one time fixed amount or monthly basis?
