Adult Classification Problems

I've got the problem with Adwords.
We have Adwords campaigns for Adult Dating site.
There are about 50000 adult dating targeted keywords in our account.
The main problem that the 70-80% of our keywords are inactive:
"This keyword isn't showing ads.
An Adult classification is preventing your ad from showing."
Google Support as usual answers quotes from help "use more targeted keywords, etc"
We tried to use Family Safe Ads. The most of our keywords are still inactive.
Have anybody faced with similar problem? What we need to do?

when you do searches for these terms are other ads showing up?
maybe these people are broad matching and getting in that way... how about a sample of the words... 4-5 will do.

Also your landing page can affect this. Is your landing page family safe also?
