I've recently posted this review of Google Analytics vs Urchin. Has anyone done a comparison of Urchin using Apache logs with Google Analytics?

We've noticed a more than 10% difference between log files in general and Google. Did you mean the difference in analytics data between Urchin, Google, and log files?
