Seeking SEO Help

Looking for a professional to enter Title, meta description and meta keywords to my new site. I have done the research for what I believe would be the correct keywords and phrases to use. Does anyone have a good recommendation for someone? If not, how about a good tool to find someone? Thanks for any help.
