As our Senior Business Analyst, Search, you will:
Manage the analytics and operations of high volume US Search Engine Optimization campaigns such as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN Evaluate and present information in a manner that will facilitate and influence management's understanding of the results and impact. Projects may be complex, highly technical, and cross-functional with a corporate-wide impact Improve the efficiency of current operations to meet financial goals set by upper management Assist in the development of major value-creation projects in the areas of site enhancements, keyword analytics, Forecast future metrics and make recommendations based on historical trends Develop daily and weekly plans and reports to monitor critical pages and paths by category Develop and deploy process for identifying and exploring traffic anomalies Identify and propose opportunities for website optimization through content, layout or functionality changes Work with Business Managers, Site Team, and data systems to create hypotheses and test cases for optimization Produce executive reports to drive decision making
Your qualifications include:
7+ years of operations or business/systems analysis experience 5+ years of internet industry experience Knowledge of Internet vernacular and web analytics (e.g. click-stream and path analysis) Motivated self-starter with hunger for learning and problem-solving Proven quantitative ability and excel spreadsheet modeling skills Detail-oriented, while able to grasp the big picture Team leader with outstanding communication, presentation skills, and organizational savvy Intellectual curiosity and can-do attitude Creative problem-solving ability Ability to multi-task by switching smoothly from one project or task to another
