I would like to get the answer from admin of this forum. What could be the last modified date for this url www.domain.com/Mortgage/Iowa/ .

Is this a trick question? There is no last modified date because this file does not exist. It appears to exist because of an improper configuration that allows non- existing pages to return a 200 redirect instead of a 404 redirect.

http://www.domain.com/qwertyuiop (or some other made-up name)

If this does not answer your question you might need to ask it in a different way.
