I work for a small Template Based Sites for Real Estate Agents company. My job is to submit sitemaps for all new agent sites. Each site has a Domain Name which we automatically generate sitemap.gz files for. But the programmers have left the submitting of sitemaps to New Customer Support for us to to do by hand.

This is pretty routine and getting more boring by the day. What I do is log into our Google and Yahoo accounts and submite the sitemaps - again, by hand.

Is there any program that will allow sitemaps to be automatically submitted for different domain names? On average we 10 new sites and sitemaps to submit each day.

I don't know of any tool that is capable of doing this.

Google does not provide an API that would allow you to automate the initial addition of a sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools, and using bots to automate the login and form submittion may be against Google's TOS.

There is now a Google Account Authentication API (http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/Authentication.html) which may allow a programmer to create what you're looking for (could be very tricky/expensive), and you can find a list of Sitemap related software on Google Code (http://code.google.com/sm_thirdparty.html).

That will only create a sitemap like may other tools (including Google's), it does not add the sitemap to Webmaster Central.
