violated google webmaster guidelines ?

I optimised sweetdreamsbabyconsultant.com site last month. before that site index in google. i checked the site proformance today, but i saw site not even index in google. do i violated any google guidelines ? welcome your comments .

Add your site to Google Webmaster Central's sitemaps tool and it should tell you.
