I searched and have found no reference to the company at SEW.
Can anyone tell me what they are saying?
"The company delivers highly relevant offers and information to consumers engaged exclusively in search-related shopping activities."

I think it could have been worded a little better but,
"search-related shopping activities" - to me this implies that you are on a shopping site
"delivers highly relevant offers and information" - as you enter search terms on this site, displayed along with your results will be advertisements targeted to those keywords entered in the search.
In short, they'll deliver targeted related ads with your results on a shopping site.
That's how I read it anyway.

Knowing who the company is what they are saying is that when consumers go to the major SE's and put in shopping related terms (products, merchant names, etc), they will pop up their advertisements based on the kw searched on the SE's returns.
