What is Yahoo’s mobile product strategy and what services does it plan on introducing? Like, this recent interview with Christopher Wu (http://cooltown.hp.com/cooltown/mpulse/0402-christopherwu.asp), head of product strategy for Yahoo Everywhere, where is Yahoo going exactly? In one breath they want to concentrate on their search appliance, and the next they are still expanding in every other direction like the good old portal war days.
Has there recent success with the new search platform gone to their head already?

I am writing a little piece for a company in the US, which is often found in PRWeek magazine and other marketing mags. Hence I am looking for some insights into Yahoo's Mobile Strategy and Future Focus. Yes, not search related. That's different?
Anyway, if you have something of use, your opinions on Yahoo's future and so forth within its mobile innovations, then please provide them, and include your company details, so if it is used, it can be quoted back too you.
For example, Cingular Wireless customers who are also Yahoo Messenger users will now be able to have a full colour graphical interface for instant messaging!
Where is Yahoo going with its Mobile Strategy?
What new services do you believe it may introduce?
