I have been running a static website for several years and have been gradually getting better listings on Google
My homepage is currently index.html, but I want to turn it into index.asp/default.asp so I can run blog posts on the homepage, in a hope to offer fresh regular content on my homepage.
Will simply renaming the index page hurt my rankings/PR?
Should I look into some kind of redirect (if even available on a Windows server)
Same goes for all pages on my site?
Thanks
