Hi,

I'm Luke Nichols, and I'm new.

I've only recently started my Search Engine. I'm small. (1 man company)

It's called <snip>, and it's mainly targetted at people into <snip>.

I invite you all to check out my engine. It will get better as time goes on. You guys feel free to email me if you'd like.

But don't criticize me like about my code, or anything. I have had NO formal html training, or schooling. Just chalk it up to even a monkey can make a website. lol

Nice to have met you all, and if you ever need anything, give me a yell.

Luke

Hi Luke,

Welcome to the Search Engine Watch forums. Unfortunately I had to edit your first post as we do not allow signature links or self-promotion. Not to worry though, we all make mistakes at first. I hope you find SEW fun as well as informative.

Cheers,

Rob

Forgive me......

I'm not trying to be rude, or anything.

But your website name is Search Engine "Watch."

I have a Search Engine.

Shouldn't you allow the link?

I don't care personally. I certainly don't need this website to promote myself.

I have plans in the works to promote myself.

Maybe you should try to be less like Hilter?

I have a Search Engine.Every man and his dog has a search engine these days, most are usually either using another search engine's results, only return paid listings or run off a script someone found on HotScripts (http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Web_Search/index.html). If your's is different and does something useful that people like, it's likely that one of those users will come back here and tell us about it.
Shouldn't you allow the link? Please read the FAQ (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_code_of_conduct) regarding Member Conduct.
Maybe you should try to be less like Hilter?Maybe, although what would be the fun in that ;) Good job I'm a laid back liberal atheist, you could have hurt my feelings there.

Personally I think <snip> is a great name for an SEO firm. :D
