I would like to buy some domains. Can anyone tell me where can i buy domain names for cheap.

I would recommend cutting out the middleman to avoid any nasty suprises. A list of all direct ICANN registrars can be found here:
http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html

I use enom.com (their reseller accounts offer some of the cheapest domains around) and I know people who prefer opensrs.com.

Best to go through the ICANN list and find a local registrar which is right for you, there's millions of domain resellers and affiliates out there which we don't really want to build a big thread of URLs around.
