So, it's my first day at this company and I find out that we would like to create a whole new ecommerce website. I am not a technical programmer at all and only have a background in SEO/SEM. Does anyone know a company that builds ecommerce websites that has decent web analytics software. We have a call center that we were thinking about using Mail Order Manager and were thinking about using SiteLink to get the site up and running. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated- this is def. a how-to question.
