Hiiii Buddy can u tell me any linkexchange site from which i m increasing my site PR or can u tell me any directory which accepted links quickly or within 1 day.

Naveensoft, we don't do lists of directories, though there are some from the past if you do a search - and plenty all over if you search for directories at Google.
Look through the link building forum for some tips on what to look for in a good directory. First thing, see if the directory category pages are indexed, cached and have any PR. Many are not indexed, and some are ODP clones so you can't submit to them.
