I have a a cloaking website in our channel of trade.
Not sure if I can post a link??
HJOw can I get google to take a look and get then banned, or will they do anything?

Rnn, if you feel a site "compromises the quality of our [Google] results and degrades the search experience for everyone" then feel free to report a spam result at Google (http://www.google.com/contact/spamreport.html).

One thing is for sure, they won't be able to do anything better than you can.
Focus on your own site, make it better, take control.
My view, if a cloaker is beating you then you need to up your game.

I agree , spend more time on your site as opposed to what someone else is doing, or you will be chasing an algo. forever

Not only that but they can't get the quality linkpop you'll be able to get. That's the big downfall to putting cloaks on Google. A solid webmaster or seo would never link to a cloaked site because it can endanger them.
