I use a combination of three: KeywordMax, NetTracker and WebSideStory.

Similarly, I use NetTracker, WebTrends, ClickTracks, Urchin and a few other smaller programs get quick answers to specific questions.

I use NetTracker and a custom software program that ties everything into my backoffice.

AussieWebmaster - are you using WebSideStory's campaign tracking tool for PPC campaigns? Can I pick your brain on how well it's working for you? We started using this feature last Fall, but I want another user's take on it...let me know if this should be discussed off-forum.

It may be best off forum for specifics etc otherwise it looks like a huge plug when it is really one of many out there... but after that we could throw some general stuff out as to what to look for from the programs etc.
