I need a bog the following characteristics.

1. RSS feeds required Way to get people to subscribe a plus
2. Automatic submission to rss directories a plus
3. Ping rss feeds required
4. Way for me to get the rss address so I can submit them a plus
5. No problem with terms of service with me coping and pasting text from my site to my blog required
6. Unlimited link backs to my site, other sites or pages in my blog required
7. Since I do not know html well I need to be able to create anchor text with links to pages in my blog, outside my blog an back to my website.
8. A way to list blog description, meta tags and keywords where search engines can see them and readers cannot.
9 They provide the hosting.
This blog will look much like a regular website providing articles, some products and interaction with readers with pages being articles and post for readers to post messages on. I am hoping to build traffic for my website also with it by ink backs If you know of anyting that might work let me know.

Drupal is an open-source package that might fit your needs. It'd be your own blogging platform, so there's be no terms-of-service restrictions - but you'd also be solely responsible for keeping it running on the tech side (fortunately, it's quite stable.)

Drupal has lots of modules you can to add to do most anything with RSS, and it's all SE-indexable.

As to your comment about "A way to list blog description, meta tags and keywords where search engines can see them and readers cannot." -- this sounds like a red flag. Not for blogging, but for SEO... cuz the "readers cannot" part sounds like a black hat practice called cloaking.

What do you have in mind? :)

Thanks for the information. As far as keywords and description not being seen by the visitor to my blog goes I think you have miss understood.

While keywords will be in my text on my regular website they are listed in the software the site is build on along with a description and page title in an area specifically listing this kind of stuff. This shoes up when you look at the in view under source on a browser and description listed in search engine results for my site and the title is also listed on the blue area on a monitor were all titles for site page are.

I am just trying to find where and how to list my page title, site description and keywords. All of which for my regular site can be found in the view source selection on a bourse while looking at my site.

I an to hide keywords, site description and page titles for a blog but knowing these kinds of information are not usually listed on the blog were people can see them I was trying to find were this kind of stuff is listed for a bob I hope you can answer the questions better now.

All blog platforms let you set the page titles, and most allow for meta tag writing. With Drupal, an extra module is available to add tagging (both meta, and flickr-style social tagging) to any page - whether it's a blog-style post or a standard webpage.

I checked the drupal site out and every dowlod place brings up a exe or someitng like that. Then when you try to use it my acrabat reader opens up with nothing in it. Where on the site do you download the software?
I even clicke on the page that opens to click on http and the latest version listed after that.
