Is Paid Inclusion Worth it for a redesign?

I recently redesigned a website that is already fully indexed in Google and the domain has been in existance for 2 years.

It doesn't rank well in Yahoo, but is moving up in Google. Will paid, express inclusion be worth the $300?

You may want to check for duplicate content issues first. Do you have issues where duplicate copies of pages exists or duplicate content strewn out across more then one domain?

There is no duplicate content. The original site was done in flash which was omitted when I did the redesign. It is all new content and has been posted a little over a month.

Yahoo already has indexed most of the pages, so I don't know how paid inclusion will help.
