I have an AdWords client who's web site includes Thomas.net Catalog Navigator and Cad Solutions. The site is hosted by the client, the Navigator and Cad Solutions sections are hosted on Thomas' server.
We have a PPC landing page that has links to the entire site. We have Google Analytics tracking snippits on all of the pages that the client hosts but have been told by Thomas that for technical reasons tracking snippets can not be put on their pages.
This creates a problem for Analytics in that visitors come in through AdWords, end up in the Thomas sections, ask for info via the Thomas "contact us" page and never get counted by analytics.
1. Are there legitimate technical reasons why Thomas pages can not include tracking snippets?
2. Are there ways around this problem?
