This is an interesting "news" from Flash Nitrate from thespoof.com site http://www.thespoof.com/news/spoof.cfm?headline=s3i6373

It talks about someone that knows how to be #1 in Google and other web properties. Flash Nitrate writes

"Jessie Kestler first caught Google's attention when he told them that in one day he could make his poodle's photo appear in the number 1 position on their search engine anytime anyone searched for "Car deal". One day later Google filed a civil lawsuit against Kestler for "Google fraud".

"We have no idea how Kestler did it", Google attorneys say, "but somehow he has secret, inside information which enables him to manipulate Google Search results. That is not acceptable here at Google."

I highly recommend to read the entire article at thespoof.com site.

Note: The story as represented above is written as a satire or parody. It is ficticious.

The point is, could Google sue someone for being consistently #1?
