Am I still sandboxed?

I know my web site is indexed in Google, and it does come up when I enter the site name, but there still is no PR. Also, the site ranks for some keywords on Yahoo and MSN, but not Google or Ask. Does this mean I am still in the sandbox. The site launched in early June.

Oh yes ... you are sandboxed for sure and will stay like that for atleast 9-10 months ... check this thread and if there is any thing let us know ...

I will definitly read the thread, but one quick question. How long should it take to get some PR. I have about 50 inbound links and I just syndicated another article. I also see my site has a few bookmarks on Del.ioc.us.

I have created other similar sites, which all got PR with in 3 months, with far fewer links. Can I expect to start seeing PR soon?

It depends on when Google does an update, it can be 3 months or more or less ... but my suggestion would be just keep working on getting links and making a goood site for the user and dont worry about the PR ... besides, getting PR doesnot mean that you will start ranking so why worry
