View Full Version : No Ad Is Showing (Entire Adword Account)

All of sudden, none of my keywords of our entire account is showing. I went through the following steps to check. Could someone tell me why this is happending?

(1) Our current daily budget is greater than our daily spending. Thus, budget does not seem to be an issue. I checked the google budget estimator, and our current budget shows “ok.”
(2) We don’t have any disapproved ads.
(3) All our keywords show active. Our account click through rate in August so far is 7%.
(4) We are based in the US. Thus, it is not a foreign IP.
(5) Our ads have been shown among top 5 positions. Our average position is 2.8.
(6) None of our campaigns ends today.
(7) Majority of our campaigns are not paused or deleted.
(8) We currently have backup credit cards for Google Adwords. I don’t think credit card is an issue as we were charged yesterday from Google.
(9) Our negative keywords look normal.

Anyone knows what is happening here? Thank you.

Google has been having some "ghosts in the machine' of late... has happened to us as well.... our rep had it dealt with inside of a day but they did say it was something they were working on and we are not the only ones this was happening to.

For questions of this nature, which are very specific to a particular account, it's really best to contact AdWords Support directly. Since they can see your account, it's 'change history', etc., they can give you a much more precise answer than those of here can.

That said, I hope your ads are already running by the time you see this. :)
