Using The Right E-marketing Tools

Hi Guys, :confused:

I have recently started a new job in online marketing.

I would like to know software/systems would be good to manage and develop our own e-mail campaigns, e-newsletters that sort of thing.

At the moment a web agency does this for us. I am sure there must be things out there that we can use to design, input our content and add images in order to send out using our own database email lists instead of the agency doing this, want to keep it in house.

Can anyone help me please?

If you are doing email marketing than use email optimization tool.
