Does anyone know of any Overseas SEO companies that allow reselling. I've heard of many companies overseas located in India, etc. that charge 10x less than companies here. I need to hire their services for resell. Thanks.

They spam me every day, so I'm sure there's plenty out there.
Try searching this database to find them:

99.9% will offer outsourcing/whitelabel services.

The problem with overseas SEO is that they do not speak or write our language well. I am not sure if you want to re-sell something for a country where English is not the primary language. It comes across in the work. You get what you pay for.
The guys in India speak English pretty well, although with an accent. They can often do fine by e-mail though. You might want to check Singapore too. I get some spam from guys out there regularly, although I haven't saved any I can share with you.

Unless the English is particuarly bad it shouldn't be a problem, though you'll never get the kind of understanding that a native speaker would bring to the job.
Sometimes the problem can be that they speak English 'too' well and the copy can look strage if they don't have the same kind of knowlege of slang phrases that are in everyday use.

I recommand to work with natives speakers concerning the optimization of content, as it is very country related. There are for example many differences between french spoken in France and french spoken in Canada or Belgium.

As a whole Its also about cost saving, " it simply says where the work can be done outside better than it can be done inside, we should do it”.
The basic reason I see that outsourcing allows companies to reduce costs and that benefits consumers with lower cost as an end users.

Interesting debate at tis time i was looking to team up with someone capable to resell my services too
ofcourse we just dnt do seo but a lot more with a focus on software development and ecommerce.
Outsourcing would work if done rightly,
do not completely let the seo optimizer decide which words to target, uk englsh and slangs are diffrent, brainstorm together
keep client servicing with yourself with some help from outsourcing company like providing email support
have a web based project management system in place
Do not over promise
Keep it transparent
Cheers,
Adi

There are lots of overseas seo companies doing excellent seo jobs for US based businesses in extremely competitive niche. You can find that out when you do competitive analysis. Often these companies are far less talkative and less costly than local based seo firm that would charge you a fortune and would never deliver to your expectations as promised.
imo the limit on the internet is how smart you are and not where you are.

Indian companies extending their services to many companies in the world. SEO is one of them. In fact India is importing billions of $ worth more from USA than exporting. But it is ultimately up to the companies to avail the services provided they save big chunk thru outsourcing. The big consultants in developed countries after securing the orders locally, getting the same outsourced from developing countries like india, china, brazil, phillipines etc. for cost benefits.

My view, from seeing forum posts by people who are in the business but English isn't their native language, is that they are very good for some work where you provide all the text, but I wouldn't allow them to do the content seo on a site. That really does need a native English speaker for English language sites. (And some native English speakers are not very good with spelling! ;) )
It's not just Indians - it's everyone who's native language isn't English.

PhilC,
You are just generalizing it to indian outsourcing company, I have trained few people in Sales & Marketing, most of them were from Canada, few of them called customers and talked as if they were reading a script, and so on very bad in english spelling, even worse than the indian you just mentioned here.

I didn't generalise it ti Indians at all. I talked about all non-English speaking people, and I said that it isn't just Indians.

Does it not include Indians? What you imagine if most of the posts are from Indians ended with such comment? BTW I strongly agree what eukhost mentioned here.

<Mod hat off>
it's everyone who's native language isn't English
Phil - I'd clarify that. Its everyone who's native language isn't THE QUEEN'S English"
:)
Crikey. We lost Steve Irwin today. <Mod hat held over heart>
Many whose native language is also English - probably won't totally comprehend this interview.
ONE of the most revealing interviews Steve Irwin ever gave was to ABC TV's Enough Rope with Andrew Denton in 2003. Here are some of the highlights from that conversation:
Andrew Denton: I'm looking forward to this, it'll be fun.
Steve Irwin: It will be. I'm on fire, mate. Let's get into it.
Andrew Denton: We're already at the red level for energy and haven't got to the first question. The Australia Zoo, which is now Steve Irwin central on the Sunshine Coast...
Steve Irwin: Yeah, mate, that's where my heart beats from.
Andrew Denton: This was started by your mum and dad...
Steve Irwin: Yeah.
Andrew Denton: ..back in the '70s. And it was hard, wasn't it? It was so hard sometimes, your mum would cry. What was so tough?
Steve Irwin: Well, mate, it was 1970 and, um, Dad was a plumber - really well-to-do plumber - he did really well in Melbourne. But he gave it all away to follow his passion - reptiles. And Mum was a maternity nurse who actually wanted to follow her passion, which was joey kangaroos and koalas and wombats and platypus - raising them - you know, they're getting hit by cars all the time. So, together, they started the Beerwah Reptile Park in 1970. And it was tough times. We were on the main highway - like, the Bruce Highway - but, um, it was the Beerwah Reptile Park. And at that stage, snakes were something you hit with a stick, you know, crocodiles were just evil, ugly monsters that killed people and koalas and kangaroos made, you know, great, um, fur coats.
Andrew Denton: Yeah.
Steve Irwin: So it was hard times, mate.
Andrew Denton: They weren't a bad barbecue either.
Steve Irwin: Ohhh!
Steve Irwin: Lucky enough, we're kind of...we're putting our foot on that kind of attitude, but, um...
Andrew Denton: No, that was wrong, people.
Steve Irwin: And it was, yeah, tourism... Exactly. And I'm bigger than you, mate.
Andrew Denton: Yeah.
Steve Irwin: Hey, um, tourism... Just kidding. Steady.

Vale Steve Irwin. Sincerely. A great Australian lost. This is the kind of English a dictionary doesn't help with.
<Mod hat on. A minutes silence for Steve.>
