Hi, I am unable to get any more than my homepage listed on Yahoo!. My site is free of errors and spam, and I have few ad banners but still it is not spidering or listing my site pages.
I have tried using search submit but I get a message saying "domain already on system"
What now?

Check out any prior history for the domain name, and see if your linking patterns line up with their webmaster guidelines.
Another thing to check (for Yahoo! Search) is what else is on the same IP number / c-block / server.
Added:
If they catch you involved with link farms or appearing to buy sitewides, they will NAIL you.

I don't know what sitewides are, but I am generally ethical about the way I run my site - therefore I am dumbfounded...

The site has been banned. This is always the indicator on Yahoo for a banned site. You could try contacting them to see if they will tell you why and/or a reinclusion request.

I think you are right, although I have just been included in the Yahoo! Directory and made a re-inclusion request, which apparently takes several weeks.
The site did have lots of spam meta tags, and I should have removed them before re-establishing the site (it was offline for 15 months). I was too keen to get going again. We'll get there in the end!

The Yahoo Directory is managed by a totally separate department who are purely interested in whether your site is informative and not who links in/out from it. They also don't appear to check for hidden spam from what I've seen on other sites, purely what the website looks like and offers.

THnaks Rob, I have now removed all spam and the site indexes without any errors at all, so they have reason to exclude it anyway. I just have to be patient.

Could you please tell how you do this checking?
You mean that Yahoo can penalized the good site just because it on the same server with the bad site? So what about share servers? Unfair, isn’t it?
Thanks.

If somebody interested, here is the good tool to check it.

However it is pain in the ass to go through all sites. On my server for example I have 1251 sites.
I can’t believe that Yahoo can penalize the site just because the bad neighbour sitting on the same server with the same IP.

Forgot to ask. In my case not even home page is listed when I do site: search. Is it penalty? Month ago all pages was listed.
